Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.

What Is Cranial Osteopathy?

Cranial osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that encourages the release of stresses and tensions throughout the body. It is a gentle yet extremely effective approach and may be used in a wide range of conditions for people of all ages, from birth to old age. Osteopaths may have different specialties including sports injuries, paediatrics, and visceral osteopathy (treating the internal organs of the body).

Sessions

Osteopathic treatments take 30 minutes and an average of 2-6 treatments are needed. Before treatment, our osteopath will take your case history and then carry out a full assessment of the body/affected area. He will then fully discuss the diagnosis with you and explain the treatment approach which would be best for you.
